In 2006, the Tampa Bay Devil Rays organization sent several players to the Arizona Fall League.

Devil Rays minor league pitchers Jeremy Flanagan, Brian Henderson, Jeff Niemann, and Jeff Ridgway, infielders Wes Bankston and Ben Zobrist, and outfielders Elijah Dukes and Fernando Perez played for the Phoenix Desert Dogs that year.[1]
