1999
- Infielder Miguel Cairo was placed on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to July 26, with a left hamstring strain.[1]
- Infielder Tony Graffanino was selected from Triple-A Durham.[1]
- Completed the July 21 trade of pitcher Julio Santana by acquiring pitcher Will Silverthorn from Boston as the player to be named.[2]
2001
- Outfielder Jose Guillen was activated from the 15-day disabled list and optioned to Triple-A Durham.[3]
2004
- Pitchers Victor Zambrano and Bartolome Fortunato were traded to New York (NL) in exchange for pitchers Scott Kazmir and Jose Diaz.[4]
2006
- Pitcher Scott Kazmir was placed on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to July 24, with left shoulder inflammation.[5]
- Infielder Ty Wigginton was placed on the 15-day disabled list with a left hand fracture.[5]
- Pitcher J.P. Howell was recalled from Triple-A Durham.[5]

- Pitcher Jae Kuk Ryu was optioned to Triple-A Durham.[6]
