- Outfielder Dave Martinez was placed on the 15-day disabled list with a left quadriceps strain.[1]
- Outfielder Rich Butler was recalled from Triple-A Durham.[1]
1999
- Infielders Herbert Perry (left oblique strain) and Kevin Stocker (left knee inflammation) were placed on the 15-day disabled list.[2]
- Infielder Bobby Smith and outfielder Rich Butler were recalled from Triple-A Durham.[2]
2001
- Infielder Andy Sheets was designated for assignment.[3]
- Infielder Chris Gomez was selected from Triple-A Durham.[3]
2005
- Pitcher Lance Carter and catcher Kevin Cash were optioned to Triple-A Durham.[4]
- Pitcher Jesus Colome was activated from the 15-day disabled list.[4]
