- Initial rosters were set for Advanced-A St. Petersburg, Single-A Charleston, and Extended Spring Training.[1]

- Pitcher Ryan Rupe was assigned to minor league camp.[2]
- Infielder Julio Franco was assigned to Mexico City.[2]

- Pitcher Matt White was optioned to Triple-A Durham.[3]
