A searchable version of the last update to the MLB Constitution as well as the 2008 update to the Major League Baseball Rules and Professional Baseball Agreement are now online.
Both of these documents are not released to the public and go into exceptional detail into how the powers of the Commissioner function, physical territories of each club, and everything from how tickets are allocated to clubs and executives for the World Series, minor league agreements, and much, much more.
There are actually 3 documents which are downloadable as a single PDF. These are:
