- Pitcher Albie Lopez was placed on the 15-day disabled list with a left oblique strain.[1]
- Pitcher Jim Mecir was placed on the 15-day disabled list with a fractured right elbow.[1]
- Pitcher Eddie Gaillard was optioned to Triple-A Durham.[1]
- Infielder Aaron Ledesma was activated from the 15-day disabled list.[1]
2000
- Outfielder Dave Martinez was traded to Chicago (NL) in exchange for pitcher Mark Guthrie and cash considerations.[2]
- Outfielder Jose Guillen was recalled from Triple-A Durham.[2]
2001
- Pitcher Ariel Prieto was placed on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to May 11, with right shoulder soreness.[3]
- Pitcher Tony Fiore was selected from Triple-A Durham.[3]
2003
- Pitcher Jorge Sosa was optioned to Triple-A Durham.[4]
2006
- Infielder Nick Green, designated for assignment on May 5, cleared waivers and was sent outright to Triple-A Durham.[5]
