Transactions
- Adam Sisk, the first player ever signed by the Devil Rays, was cut, having never pitched for the franchise. Also cut were Robin Cope, Kelvin Mitchell, and Octavio Blanco.[1]
- Roberto Colina was placed on the disabled list for Advanced-A St. Petersburg; Sam Voita was activated from disabled list.[1]
