Michael J. DeCelle (born July 10, 1974 in Fremont, CA) was an outfielder in the Tampa Bay Devil Rays system. Selected by the Devil Rays in the 17th round of the 1996 Amateur Draft out of the University of Miami and signed by Rudy Santin.
