- Infielder Tomas Perez was signed to a 1-year, Major League contract.[3]
- Pitcher Scott Dunn was recalled from Triple-A Durham.[3]
- Infielder Luis Ordaz was transferred from the 15-day disabled list to the 60-day disabled list due to left knee surgery.[3]
